How it Works

When you call, we'll discuss you and your pets needs and we will set up a "meet and greet"  consultation that should last 30-60 minutes. Some consultations may last longer, depending on the details of your pet and home care.

Please give us at least 72 hours notice before pet sitting services are needed so we have time to schedule the initial meeting.

When we come over we will get to know you and your pets, and you can get to know us. We will also get the paper work filled out. We can forward it to you so you can look it over and fill it out in advance if you'd like.The paper work includes information about you pets, emergency contacts, care contract, legal considerations, your vets information, keys or other access methods, and things to have ready before, and during your pet sitting visits.

Then we can get familiar with your pets and discuss their feeding, exercise, favorite spots, off limit areas, and any other specifics about your pet care needs. We will also ask you about your home, including alarms, mail, trash day, cleaning equipment, etc. Hopefully all of your questions will be answered by then, but any final concerns or details should be addressed at this time.

We will need to get at least two sets of keys from you, one as back up in case of emergency. We can also use a garage door code as a back up entry method.
